LODGE SYSTEM README / INDEX

PURPOSE

This file serves as the master index and orientation guide for the Lodge System document set.
It explains how the documents are organized, how they should be read, and how they are intended to be used.

--------------------------------------------------

HOW TO USE THESE DOCUMENTS

These documents collectively define the Lodge framework.
They are designed to be:

- modular
- readable independently
- applicable to both digital and physical lodges
- adaptable without central permission

Lodges are encouraged to:
- read the core orientation documents first
- reference operational documents as needed
- avoid over-formalizing early activity

- Document 01
- Document 03
- Document 04
- Document 05
- Document 09

Additional documents should be referenced as needed.

--------------------------------------------------

PHILOSOPHY NOTE

These documents are intentionally calm, boring, and procedural.

They exist to:
- reduce conflict
- prevent abuse
- preserve autonomy
- allow cooperation without coercion

If a document feels unnecessary for a given situation, it probably is.

--------------------------------------------------

SUMMARY

The Lodge System is a framework, not a command structure.

Use what helps.
Ignore what does not.
Exit cleanly when alignment is lost.
