INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPATION ACROSS ENTITIES

PURPOSE

This document explains how individuals may participate in lodges operating under different legal and organizational frameworks while maintaining required separation and compliance.

--------------------------------------------------

SEPARATE ENTITIES

Charity Helpers Foundation and Civic Helpers Network are separate organizations.

Participation in one:
- does not imply participation in the other
- does not grant authority across entities
- does not allow transfer of funds or control

Individuals may engage with one or both entities provided separation rules are respected.

--------------------------------------------------

PERSONAL CAPACITY PARTICIPATION

Individuals participate in lodges in a personal capacity.

Participation:
- does not create employment
- does not create agency authority
- does not bind either organization
- does not represent official endorsement

Individuals speak for themselves unless explicitly authorized in writing.

--------------------------------------------------

NO CROSSING OF FUNDS

Individuals may not:
- move funds between entities
- pool charitable and civic funds
- reimburse expenses across entities
- use one entity to benefit the other financially

Financial separation protects legal status and participant safety.

--------------------------------------------------

NO CROSSING OF MESSAGING OR AUTHORITY

Individuals may not:
- use charitable lodges to conduct civic advocacy
- use civic lodges to conduct charitable fundraising
- represent positions of one entity in the other

Meetings and activities must clearly identify their operating context.

--------------------------------------------------

MEETING CONTEXT DECLARATION

Lodges are expected to clearly state:
- which entity context applies to a meeting or activity
- whether the activity is charitable or civic

This may be done verbally or in written agendas.

--------------------------------------------------

PERSONAL POLITICAL ACTIVITY

Individuals retain full personal rights.

Personal political expression:
- is not restricted outside lodge activities
- must not be presented as lodge or organizational positions
- must remain clearly personal

--------------------------------------------------

SUMMARY

Individuals may participate across frameworks with clarity and care.

Clear separation:
- protects legal compliance
- protects participants
- prevents confusion
