NON-ENDORSEMENT AND DISASSOCIATION CLAUSE

PURPOSE

This document explicitly states the non-endorsement position of the organizations and defines when and how disassociation occurs.
It exists to prevent implied support for harmful activity and to protect participants, lodges, and the broader framework.

--------------------------------------------------

NON-ENDORSEMENT

Charity Helpers Foundation and Civic Helpers Network do not endorse, tolerate, or provide cover for:

- hate-based ideologies
- racial or ethnic supremacy
- religious or ideological extremism
- harassment or intimidation
- advocacy of violence or exclusion
- paramilitary or militant activity

Affiliation does not imply approval of all actions by participants.

--------------------------------------------------

STRUCTURAL INCOMPATIBILITY

Activities or behaviors that fall within the above categories are incompatible with the lodge framework.

Incompatibility applies regardless of:
- stated intent
- claimed motivation
- internal disagreement
- local justification

--------------------------------------------------

DISASSOCIATION

When incompatibility is established:

- affiliation may be immediately withdrawn
- no progressive remediation is required
- no ideological debate is conducted

Disassociation applies to the lodge structure, not to individuals.

--------------------------------------------------

NO MORAL ADJUDICATION

Disassociation is not a moral judgment.

It is an administrative action taken to:
- protect participants
- prevent implied endorsement
- preserve legal and reputational integrity

--------------------------------------------------

COMMUNICATION

Disassociation is communicated using neutral, factual language.

Public statements, if any, will:
- avoid naming individuals
- avoid inflammatory language
- focus on separation, not condemnation

--------------------------------------------------

INDEPENDENT CONTINUATION

Disassociated groups may:
- continue independently
- organize without affiliation
- re-form under a compliant structure if alignment is restored

No tracking or blacklisting occurs.

--------------------------------------------------

SUMMARY

Non-endorsement protects everyone.

Disassociation creates distance without harm.
