REPLICATION AND INDEPENDENT USE

PURPOSE

This document explains how lodge structures, templates, and ideas may be replicated or used independently.
Its purpose is to encourage adoption without creating dependency or control.

--------------------------------------------------

PERMISSIONLESS USE

Lodge concepts, structures, and documents may be used freely.

Permission is not required to:
- replicate lodge structures
- adapt templates
- modify processes
- operate independently

Innovation and local adaptation are encouraged.

--------------------------------------------------

USE OF NAMES AND AFFILIATION

Independent groups may not:
- use the Charity Helpers or Civic Helpers names
- imply endorsement or affiliation
- represent themselves as part of the system

Affiliated use requires compliance with participation standards.

--------------------------------------------------

ATTRIBUTION

Attribution is appreciated but not required.

Groups may:
- acknowledge inspiration
- remain anonymous
- operate entirely independently

No credit is demanded.

--------------------------------------------------

FORKING AND DIVERGENCE

Groups may:
- fork documents
- diverge in practice
- create new systems

Forking does not require notification.

--------------------------------------------------

WHEN NOT TO USE THE FRAMEWORK

Groups should not use the framework when:
- activities are incompatible with stated principles
- legal or ethical boundaries cannot be respected
- affiliation would create confusion or risk

Independent operation is preferable in such cases.

--------------------------------------------------

SUMMARY
