PUBLIC CHARACTER & EVENT ENTERTAINMENT
LOCAL COMPLIANCE & RESPONSIBILITY REMINDER

This document serves as a general reminder for participants, volunteers, and organizers
engaging in Public Character & Event Entertainment programs coordinated or inspired
by Charity Helpers Foundation materials.

1. LOCAL LAW & VENUE COMPLIANCE
All performances, presentations, costumes, audio usage, and public activities must
comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws, as well as venue-specific rules.
Obtaining permits, permissions, or approvals is the responsibility of local organizers.

2. NO AUTHORITY OR EXEMPTIONS
Participation in a fictional or theatrical character program does not grant authority,
exemptions, or special permissions. Characters are symbolic and entertainment-based
only and carry no official standing.

3. ORGANIZER RESPONSIBILITY
Local coordinators and event hosts are solely responsible for ensuring that activities
are lawful, safe, and appropriate for their location and audience.

4. FOUNDATION ROLE
Charity Helpers Foundation provides templates and guidance for educational and
entertainment purposes only. The Foundation does not supervise, approve, or enforce
local events.

5. GOOD-FAITH PARTICIPATION
Participants are encouraged to act in good faith, prioritize safety, and avoid any
presentation that could reasonably cause confusion about authority, legality, or
official endorsement.

This reminder exists to protect participants, audiences, and the charitable mission
by ensuring clarity, transparency, and lawful operation.
