============================================================
PURPOSE OF THIS BUNDLE
============================================================

The Public Character & Event Entertainment bundle is a structured template system designed to help communities safely create, manage, and present fictional public characters and themed entertainment events under the oversight of Charity Helpers Foundation (CHF).

This program exists to:
- Enable creative, character-driven community engagement
- Provide guardrails that prevent impersonation, misrepresentation, or legal exposure
- Allow limited, compliant fundraising tied to entertainment experiences
- Ensure all activities remain nonprofit-aligned, ethical, and transparent

The characters and events created using this bundle are intended to be theatrical, fictional, or symbolic in nature. They are not political, religious, governmental, or authoritative in any real-world sense.
