🧭 What Is This Program?

The Affordable Herbal Program is a national member-driven initiative by Charity Helpers Foundation that enables everyday individuals to produce, distribute, and access high-quality herbal tinctures made from approved natural ingredients.

Our goal is to make herbal remedies accessible, affordable, and community-rooted — without requiring big business, big pharma, or big costs.

This program is not open to the general public. It is a members-only distribution network designed to empower individuals to grow, prepare, and share herbal wellness tinctures responsibly within a clearly defined legal and ethical framework.

⚙️ How Does It Work?

  1. Download the National Template
    Inside the downloadable .zip file, you’ll find:

    • All the required program documents

    • Step-by-step guides

    • Legal waivers, label templates, and supply info

    • Producer and distributor agreements

  2. Request Membership
    Email us at: [yourmembership@charityhelpers.org]
    Include your:

    • Full name

    • State and city

    • Intent to participate (producer, distributor, or both)

  3. Use Official Ingredients, Bottles & Labels
    To ensure quality and traceability, all members must use program-approved bottles, labels, and ingredients — available through our official supplier network.

  4. Local Distribution Only (for Alcohol-Based Tinctures)

    • Alcohol-based tinctures may not be shipped across state lines.

    • Vinegar-based tinctures may be eligible for out-of-state sharing.

    • Distribution is member-to-member only. This is not public retail.

  5. Encouraged Herb-Growing Network
    Members are encouraged to grow and supply commonly used herbs to help feed the network and earn revenue — all tracked within our internal marketplace.

  6. Optional Bottle Recycling Rewards
    Participating producers may offer cash-back rewards for returned reusable tincture bottles to encourage environmental responsibility and reduce production waste.

🧾 Legal Notes

  • This is a members-only charitable program.

  • All participants must sign liability waivers and abide by program standards.

  • Unauthorized, branding, or unsanctioned tincture recipes are not allowed.

  • All tinctures must be clearly labeled as “herbal tinctures” and not marketed as food or medicine.
